Jardér is Bear analyst. He can quickly and deeply crack any app or just a feature. Bugs, be wary!

Michal started as a frontend developer, having previously worked in the aviation industry. Today, as CTO of Coding Bear, he connects technology, business, and teams into solutions with long-term value.

Zajda is an analytical top for logistics in e-commerce, which is pretty impressive. He picks up his tricks after nights at magic shows. He hasn't volunteered to be cut in half yet, though.

Wlk is Bear's right hand on projects. Loyal and strong like a wolf which is exactly his name.

Nikitos is a sailor who likes to keep fit and boost his mental resilience at sea, as well as maintaining a calm and consistent approach to his work behind the computer.

Petr is an alchemist. He has a wonderful way of looking at the world, like a yogi. He sees connections where you might not expect to find them, and he does it with such kindness and understanding.

The ultimate number spy. She keeps tabs on budgets, capacity, deadlines and delivery peace in the den – so everything runs just the way it should.

Josef is our go-between for the front and back ends. When he's not working, he likes to fish. Unlike Mira, though, he doesn't use his claws.

Vašek is from Pilsen in the Czech Republic, which is where Pilsner beer was born. As you might expect, beer is his favourite tipple. But coding is what he's really passionate about.

Adam is a zen master whose concentration is legendarily unbreakable. His sense for clean and readable code makes him a well-rounded developer.

Kristýna's strengths were shaped by her time in the chemical industry in the north of the Czech Republic. She's great with Excel, finance, analysis and she's also got the technical skills to deal with the cables behind the server.

Adam's a professional guitar player, photographer and backend developer. He's got a lot going on!

Kristýna has a talent for talents. She finds her way to developers, analysts, project managers as well as anyone else we might need. For her, sourcing is an adventure with a pinch of detective work – always in search of the perfect match.

Ruslan is a reliable developer who turns ideas into clean, working code. He keeps projects on track and the team in good spirits.

He fine-tunes code to the last detail and replaces outdated tech without hesitation. For a good latte, he'll gladly drive 100 kilometers.
